The Process Explained

1. Project Submission

Professors/students submit project for which they need an real-world case by an industry partner and state the project requirements and limitations.

1.1. Initial Proposal

Professors or project responsible draft an initial project proposal outlining objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.

1.2. Review and Refinement

The proposal is evaluated by us, the platform owners, for its feasibility before submission.

2. Project Discovery and Application

Companies browse projects and apply for ones, relevant for their current needs and challenges.

2.1. Project Listing

Projects are listed on a platform accessible to industry partners, detailing the scope, requirements, and potential impact.

2.2. Industry Review

Companies review listed projects, assessing alignment with their current needs and challenges.

2.3. Application Submission

Interested companies submit applications, outlining how they can contribute to the project and what they expect in return.

3. Selection & Terms Agreement

Teachers review applications, selecting the best-fit partner. Together, they define the project scope, expectations, and any limitations to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome.

3.1. Review of Applications

University course responsible reviews company applications, evaluating potential for collaboration, resource availability, and expertise.

3.2. Negotiation & Final Agreement

University course responsible and Companies negotiate and create a final agreement.

4. Project Completion & Submission

Students work in teams to develop solutions tailored to the company’s needs. Upon completion, the project is submitted to teachers for academic evaluation and to the company for real-world application and feedback.

4.1. Development Phase

Teams engage in research, development, testing, and refinement of their solutions, with regular check-ins with industry partners.

4.2. Evaluation and Feedback

Both academic evaluation and industry feedback are collected, providing insights for future projects and immediate improvements.
